• Clearance products or items marked “Non-Returnable.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refund & Replacement Process

• Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship a new item once your return is approved.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where items are used or damaged (not our fault), partial refunds may be issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
