1. Delivery time can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestion, road blocks or any natural calamities.
2. Mangrov.in delivers products in its specified time slots according to customer convenience.
3. Final time for placing an order for next day delivery is 9 PM.
   Example: If you order today, delivery will be between 7 AM to 9 PM tomorrow.
4. If a customer places an order and the product becomes unavailable, Mangrov.in reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. The product images may differ from the original. We try our best to display accurate color, size, shape, and appearance, but actual product may vary depending on your mobile/computer screen.
6. A copy of your invoice will be provided at the time of delivery.
7. Customer must collect the ordered products from their doorstep.
8. For fishes, all weights are measured before descaling & cleaning. Weight may reduce by 15%–30% after cleaning.
9. We aim to ensure product prices are correct and updated, but errors may occur due to technical issues or supplier miscommunication.
10. You must provide authentic and true information. If any information is found partially or wholly incorrect, the company may reject registration and cancel orders.
11. All shoppers must register and log in to place orders. By registering, the user agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters.
12. You shall not attempt unauthorized access to any part of mangrov.in, its servers, networks, or systems.
13. Mangrov.in reserves the right to deactivate any coupon codes or vouchers at any time.
14. Services are available only in selected geographies in India. Persons incompetent to contract (minors under 18, insolvents, etc.) cannot use the site. Minors aged 13–18 may use site only under supervision of a guardian.
15. Mangrov.in may modify these Terms & Conditions anytime without notice. You should regularly review the Terms. If you continue using the site, it means you accept the modified terms.
16. Mangrov will not take any liability for sealed branded products after delivery. Please check all items at the time of delivery. No issues will be entertained afterward.
